Scope

Since our services are delivered online, this Shipping and Delivery Policy applies exclusively to the delivery of session details and communication.

Session Delivery

  • Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation with session details and a link to join the online session (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet).
  • Ensure that you provide an accurate email address during the booking process.

Delivery Timeframes

Booking confirmations and session links are sent immediately after payment confirmation. If you do not receive these details, please check your spam folder or contact us promptly.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Users can reschedule sessions by themselves using the options available in the customer portal. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session time cannot be accommodated.

How to Reschedule

  • Log in to the customer portal using the credentials provided at the time of booking.
  • Navigate to the “My Bookings” section and select the session you wish to reschedule.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a new date and time.
